they will get in Sol's way to stop her. But... why are they

Sol's neighbour. She was around when things started and Sol gets
her into trouble. Whoops!
Mr. Evil
The owner of Black Moon. A millionaire greedy businessman, he will
do anything for his wealth. He is the one responsible for all this.
